A tasting journey to the heart of Italy’s Piedmont region

We invite you to one of the most anticipated events of the season – an evening inspired by the cuisine of Northern Italy.

Truffles, wine, aromas, and elegance – all will come together during an exceptional tasting dinner in the atmospheric interiors of Zamek Łeba.

 

On the program:

  • Themed dinner “Piedmont – Truffles” | start: 6:00 PM
  • Tasting menu prepared by our chef, inspired by the flavors of Piedmont – with truffles in the spotlight
  • Option to reserve a table without overnight stay
  • Limited number of seats – advance reservation required

  • Risotto with sausage and fresh truffle
  • Piedmontese Bonet

Optional wine pairing with each course

For this special evening, we have also prepared a signature wine menu, carefully selected to accompany each course. The wine pairing will be available at an additional cost, and Guests can decide on it on the spot, without the need for prior reservation.

This is the perfect opportunity to complement the flavors of the dinner with a selection of wines from the Piedmont region and other carefully curated labels.
