This is a time when you can work normally and live freely by the Baltic Sea – at your own pace.
The package includes:
- Accommodation in one of the rooms of Zamek Łeba – minimum 10-night stay with breakfast
- Access to the sauna area, jacuzzi and infrared chairs during SÅO SPA opening hours
- Fast Wi-Fi in the room and common areas
- Unlimited A4 and A3 printing/copying at the Castle’s reception, as well as document scanning
- Spacious rooms prepared for work and relaxation (desk, comfortable seating area)
- 10% discount on à la carte dishes in the restaurant
- Free laundry available for Guests using the package

Workation is a way of travelling that is neither a holiday nor a business trip. It is a long-term stay during which you can work normally, follow your daily rhythm, and live for a while in a different environment than usual. More and more people choose stays that combine professional duties with relaxation – not to “take a vacation”, but to gain perspective and create distance from everyday life.
A nomad is not interested in an animation program or organised attractions. Instead, they look for stable internet, a comfortable place to work, a quiet room and a space to relax after finishing their tasks. Daily needs are also important: where to do laundry, what the surroundings are like, whether it's possible to run, cycle or simply rest in silence.
Workation is not a weekend idea. It is a conscious way of spending several days – with work, but without pressure, and with the feeling that you can live “like a local” for a while.
Zamek Łeba is not a tourist destination – it is a place designed to let you rest at your own pace. It is also a space where you can work calmly and focus on what truly matters. More and more often, we observe Guests who don’t come “for a stay” but for several days of living by the sea. It is exactly for them that the workation offer was created.
What makes Zamek Łeba stand out:

Do I have to work from the room?
No. You can work from the room, but also from the foyer, the restaurant, or the terrace – depending on the weather. Every space has Wi-Fi access.
Do the rooms have desks for work?
Yes. Every room has a workspace for a laptop and a comfortable seat.
Can I come with another person?
Yes. The offer also applies to a double stay – just indicate it in the reservation.
Is there a kitchen?
We do not provide a guest-accessible kitchen, but breakfast is served daily. Other meals can be ordered from the à la carte menu – Guests using the workation package receive a 10% discount.
Are there any quiet hours?
No, but selected rooms are dedicated to long stays and work – we choose them to ensure comfort and peace.
Can I receive a monthly invoice?
Yes. For long-term stays, monthly billing is available.
Can I come with my pet?
Yes – provided the pet policy is followed and dog owner liability insurance is presented.
- The day starts at 14:00 and ends at 11:00.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00
- A pre-authorisation of PLN 500/day is required upon check-in.
- Individual elements of the package and additional services will be specified on the invoice.
- If you have a special diet or are vegetarian, please provide this information to our reception at least 2 days before arrival so that we can prepare the appropriate menu.
